The new Firearms Bill is very close to becoming law and it may pose a big problem for shooters and even some non shooters. The second part of this bill aims to make all component parts of ammunition, restricted items. What does this mean for shooters who have many different calibers of components at home but no longer on their FAC? What does it mean for collectors of brass cases or those who have them as souveneirs or as decorative art or objects?
