1 Pack of Shimp (red) Bánh Tráng Mè (Sesame Rice Crackers)
Oil for frying
Seasoning Salt
1tsp Szechuan peppercorn
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp - 1/4 cup Szechuan chili flakes
1/2 cup kosher salt
1 tsp msg
1 tsp coriander
1tsp smoked paprika
Directions
Grind the coriander, cumin, and Szechuan peppercorn and set aside
Toast the chili flakes until they start to release their aroma
Add ground spices and stir till fragrant
Set aside to cool
Once cooled process in a spice grinder and then place into a bowl
Add smoked paprika and salt to the spices and mix
Heat your oil to 350º
Break up the crackers into small pieces
Add the pieces into the oil and remove when fully puffed up
Place the chips into a bowl and season to taste
Toss in the bowl and serve

Ah I see on the packaging it can be cooked in the microwave in 2mins. I wonder how that would turn out compared to deep frying.
