I think it would be a good video format if you were to make sort of a challenge video, where you get something you need sound design from, and sound design it while recording, so we kinda see the process, it would be a fun video to watch

thanks david, valuable lesson once again, but how do you have these linked projects in your tracks? also does the linked track show the live contents of the project or is it pre-rendered?

As always, great tuto! I think Anime SFX design would also deserve some Shimmer effects, those using frequency shifting applied to huge reverb. Thanks to give us links to learn how to do some of the original files. I would love to deal with shorter clips where you can dig more into your process, on a slower pace, or even "follow along" formats, as it's not ofter clear how you arrive to some sounds, as often they come from your library 😁. What i put here is something i wanted to write since many many videos, so it's here, but in my opinion, more depth on shorter clips / SFX would give more value to your content. Anyways, even if you don't, great content, and thanks to share with us!

It's a great tutorial and sounds nice. However, having worked as a sound designer in Japan for several years, I feel that the effects you created don't quite capture the authentic anime sound. That said, I do like your take on this western version of it.
