With only one being good The ones from the actual game Wii U remix is good, but the edit with vocals from someone on KZread just makes the one in Smash weak And the Smash Ultimate remix it's just bad, they wanted to make End of All and just ended up making LITAA again

Dragonlover9000 Fates had some really good tracks. Pretty much the only reason why I go back to it every now and then. Personally though, I feel like The Sacrifice and the Saint from Echoes is the successor to A Dark Fall. Also, your username is near identical to my gamer tag lol

What I love about this soundtrack in specific is the mix of both Western and Eastern instruments, like the Japanese flute and the Scottish bagpipes, and work in both contexts this track is played >A brutal clash between two different cultures (birthright and conquest) >Two cultures finally putting their differences and joining against a major threat and for the sake of a common ground (Revelations)

I know why you say this sounds on revelations, because it sounds on chapter 17, meanwhile in chapter 16 the ost on the ingame chapter is alight

This song is Nohrian but has a daily tone while Alight is Hoshidian and has a nightly tone. It somehow makes sense.

this theme is such a gift on lunatic. when you reach chapter 23 and you *know* how even more brutal the game will be from there on out, the music drives you to push forward and get to the end, but it also rewards you for making it this far

The ost of fates really make me feel like I’m playing the best games in the series

Yeah, no idea how the managed landing a virtually spotless soundtrack on three of the most contrived, uninspired and nonsensical stories in the franchise.

I will never in all my life forget playing all 3 Fates routes back to back. Some of the most hardcore gaming I’ve ever done

Such a shame the eshop is closing soon, thankfully I still have my 3ds with all the DLC I've already bought. Planning to go in and purchase any remaining DLC I want for Awakening, SOV, and Fates, though it's so sad it'll be lost for the majority of people.

Spending minutes each turn strategizing while this plays in the background >>>>>>>> I have good memories of beating lunatic conquest during the corona-ruined holiday break. I felt so proud that I was able to defeat it before the semester started back up.

I thought this soundtrack was sad... until I played Revelation. Now it's just way to epic for words.

As much as I thing Revelation is the weakest of the three, that moment in chapter 17/18 when the royals show up to save your butt, and this music kicks in is the single best moment in the entirety of the three games

Fates drives me insane. Amazing concept for a gut-wrenching and complex story. Fantastic character designs (mostly), amazing music... What the frick happened?

Benny and Effie were absolute tanks and I thank them for surviving Lunatic mode 😭

The choir always gives me chills

This is a great song for going on a walk and listening to this song while walking makes you feel like a warrior.

I like awakening's feeling better but I think the characters in Fates are a little better (Nohrian units-wise, Hoshidan units sucks [exept for Kaze, Takumi and Ryoma])

@@smoky976 honestly i like all of the Hoshido waifus, Kaze, Saizo, The royals and Kaden Everyone else in Hoshido it's ok or sucks Nohrian in the other hand has my favorite FE cast because they are very charismatic and cool for me

How can these people create such a poorly written plot, dialogue, and characters; but also create an absolutely astounding soundtrack! The soundtrack alone is enough to make me love the Fates games

Felipe Correa poorly written STORY wise. The characters are a heck of a lot better in their supports. Xander’s not a little b****, Leo is more than just an edgy guy who summons trees and is completely intolerant, Nyx isn’t a token Fire Emblem loli etc. As Ghaststation said, the story characters are almost completely different to their support counterparts

I always think this song don't represent the army of Nohr, but the hoshidians. The desperate army of Hoshido, who fights against an immesureable force. The fathers, mothers, sisters and brothers who will never return... The civilians running around in fear... The Garon's forces, who commits a massacre like no one before... No prisonners, kill them all, men, women and children alikes... Only their heads on a spike...

I always saw it as Corrin's inner struggle knowing they have to do this to reveal the truth about Garron and being demonized by everyone for it.

Fates has some of the best soundtrack in the series. Conquest has some of the best level design in the series Just a damn shame the story and characters suck so much

This one plays normally, the other one comes in for a few seconds when you're in battle

This song makes me feel like such a bully for beating up Sakura.

Holy flark... It has been 4/3 years since this game's release and yet,the lot of you still complain about its story and characters for being poorly written,even though most of the FE games have that problem too.

Well it is true when you compare it to the plot of FE6, 7, the Tellius games, FE15, 16 and especially FE 4 & 5. Maybe even FE13 to an extent

The others could be written off as generic fantasy war nonsense Fates advertised itself as some super serious moral dilemma and so on but totally failed at it That is why its story is so hated

@SuperGeon my point still stands. The story was hot garbage. But Fates made up for it with Conquest’s challenging difficulty, ability to change classes which caused each playthrough to be unique.
