A 3mm~4mm gap is standard for ANY door, not just fire doors!

I fixed firedoor with intumescent seal fire and smoke with a gap 4mm (with 3mm door does not close) and customer is not satisfied. it is ok 4mm? What are the regulations?
Hello, I enjoyed your lesson, please could you clarify this for me please: the door has push bar from inside and from outside it has a handle that opens the door when rotated upwards, is this normal? Is there any standard that govern that?
