Fire at the Bluff, Shipstern lights up
Saturday April 6 was a pretty special day at the wave at the end of the road, at the bottom of the world.
The crowd was thick but also super respectful. Some absolutely crazy rides went down as well as some of the heaviest beatings too.
There was a lot of smoke in the air from forestry burn offs adding to the epic sunset.
Super psyched with how this edit turned out. Hope you all enjoy and thanks so much for watching...

Wicked vid man; some great rides and heavy wipeouts. There a a number of bigger weaves around but I don't think any of them look anywhere near as fuct as Shipstern. You have to be mad to get on that beast. Wicked to see Laura charging there too 🔥🤙🏾

Way cool visuals - the range of views is excellent, including the bits of underwater and on-shore - adds quality. Personally not sure about the Black Sabbath-style music, but that's just me being old probably. Great stuff overall - drone and lighting variations are also A1.

Hats off to the guys who paddle in, very impressive drops and heavy waves, but the tow in's are in my opinion, are nuts. also, love the music in video. miss surfing, reasonably heavy waves, but this was an insane breath-taking video.
