This right up there on my list of things to do. Just next to fighting with a grizzly bear, Bathing in the Fukushima holding tanks and visiting Philadelphia!
Thank you all for sacrificing yourselves for my twisted, viewing pleasure

The Terror Vault series are the best damn videos on youtube. Get one inch too high on the face or one inch too deep (or just get unlucky), and you’re getting EATEN ALIVE BY A FILTHY SLAB. I could watch these for hours.

Been wondering how best to describe Shipsterns - I think you nailed it!
That sh.t is unridable...a wave within a wave that merges back into thickness beyond belief !!!! Balls of steel 👌

I used to live in Sydney as a kid. So I've seen Solander. I live in Albany not far from the Right. We've had swell up to 6-8 metres through July. I went down the road from my house out to a cliff top lookout. I could see spray just blasting above the cliffs, which are about 40-50 metres high from the road in, from 3 km away. Got there, like a war zone. Thank you for the footage of the Right. It's a total mission to get to and needs a lethal swell to work. Bloody awesome, again!
Shipstern's bluff is just freaking sick. Why anyone would surf there - well, they are a different breed. the wave is insanely heavy and totally unpredictable with its 'the thing' -like mini waves that come out of nowhere.

I remember when I was very little I was carried away by a wave. I believe it would be ± 50 cm tall. I spun like a top and crashed into the sand! So, I'm watching this video and concluding that I would dare to surf these waves with four special conditions: 1) Under no conditions 2) Not even in thought 3rd) An Australian crocodile wouldn't be able to drag me there 4⁰) I won’t enter this sea even with reverse kryptonite Note: I'm Brazilian, I wrote with the help of Google

Boogieboarding a twenty footer is wild!!!!
Greatest videos on KZread. Pure send and evil waves. That guy shooting behind the surfer is insane
Awesome video! Sickest wipeouts on the heavy slabs I’ve ever seen. 😮
So Brutal! The Right was mental. Insane footage Tim.
Timmy! Ya gotta have interviews with these guys on the tail end of the video describing their beatdowns!!!
Brutal!! Killer shots Tim!
Brilliant photography
Shane Akermans drop at the Right 11:00 was heavy.
The waves of this place are very sinister and one inside the other.
Seriously mad waves , great sound Trac
AWESOME sound track...
Thanx for the slow Mo action , Its so Rad!
Love the view, great work
This is next level 🤙🇦🇺🍻
Unpredictable and extremely unforgiving!!! INSANE!!!
thank you to these brave warriors!
Oh man, what a gnarly wave.
Great stuff👍👍👍👍👍
It's like something Supernatural manifesting itself in the material world. I've only seen one other thing that reminds me of that exact thing and that is a F5 Tornado. If your able to witness one in person as the monster slowly moves and destroys everything in sight, it mesmerizes the brain and leaves the body frozen until it moves out of the area. When you do come to your senses, it seemed like what just happened was some kinda dream. Then you look around at what Mother Nature can do when she wants to. There is zero respect for anything in its path. Terrifying and Fascinating. Teahupoo also comes to mind ; )

This wave's pit is so beautiful but bruh, just asking for trouble. Really, really, great footage! 😮 👍
Sick shots.
Thanks for the nightmares!
Those waves come with speed bumps. Rad.
Brutal!!!
awesome!
So good
1:05 was like the wave was eating a tic tac.
What amazing footage
The beatings will continue until morale improves!
Seems like a Good Way to have a Bad Day on this Epically Mutant Wave!! Dylan tried to get out the Back but the Wave slapped him Back to the Bottom to take a Beating!
You Australians are crazy bunch riding waves that are like a 20-foot great white shark that has not eaten in 6 months awesome video I hope everyone is okay much Aloha to all you Australian Surfers!
The Inception of Waves 😮
That is one wild, hairy, unruly break.

@@mindhead_ 😂 Okay, calm! I swim on the beaches, I swim in 1.5 m waves, but I only watch these waves from afar. From far away!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
OMG Dude. Crazy
That some serious shit eating going down. Hats off to everyone involved!.
That was mental..... How u survive that is insane...... Maximum respect....
The ballz on these guys... Especially Shane Ackerman at 11:00 😵😮😮😮😵
A regular 10 foot wave is scary. Hats off to these bad ass warriors slaying these beautiful monsters or getting slayed lol. Unbelievable to even attempt this wave this big and thick.🙏 that everyone is safe
Terror par excellence
should be called the Rite as in last Rites
Just found your channel - SUB'd - great stuff
Cinematography award of the year goes to....... Bradley Norris!!!
That’s the thickest break I have ever seen. I couldn’t imagine getting pounded by that wave. At 2:47 😱 insanity
Remembered back in my high school exchange program travelling in Tassie during one month when my mates asked me if I was going surf Shipsterns...
thats some narlie wave to ride with that huge step ... wow...
The last clip…The Guy with the camera was beyond deep..And he was filming😂.. Unreal..
Wipeouts are fun to watch!
I know navares has big waves, but the kinda rill from the top. Here it peaks and you have an entire Olympic swimming pool land on you. Seeing that guy going over the falls inside the wave was like seeing those glass blocks they have insects in
1:07 he was the meat in a wave sandwich
That guy on the sponge gets a win, he made most of the wave.
Man the double wave thing or what ya call it at shipsterns bluff is insane .I surfed a bit here in nor cal I high school it's been a while nothing as nuts as this though geez
The right is an unmakeable blender . At 1.04 the wave he is on just turns into a lip 🤯
This wave doesn't break... it detonates!!
Hats off to the camera guys who spend more time underwater than above 👍
So heavy to think that’s one of Shane’s lighter wipeouts
Amazing footage. Nice music choices. Any chance you could post the track names?
these guys are nuts , awesome skills thoe and balls of steel.
I now have PTSD from watching this
Madness.
I missed my calling. To be a big wave rider. Think about traveling to the most beautiful spots on the planet, catching some of the most beautiful waves in the world always around beautiful people! A great lifestyle!!
Terror is not right word for this spot! Can't think of a better word, maybe insanity! Lost your marbles vault? Kudos to those guys who look at death! Makes Teahupoo look easy! Aloha
At least one bloke was sensible enough to wear a helmet!😯 Up to the last wave I thought it was un-rideable. Too bad about his mate behind him with the camera.😆
Subbed
I'm amazed that those guys can survive that kind of pounding. That looks like a ten ton lip coming down.
Thankyou!
WHERE IS THIS?? I've never seen such unpredictable wave patterns~ it's crazy!! Amazing video tho', thank you. I can't imagine those guys getting out of there without serious injuries, if not death~ I'm praying they're alright 🙏
The step from hell that appears out of nowhere.
Loved the video! Death on a stick mate!~
Sic Puppies!!!
At 3:40: The wave bitch-slapping the dude, “Oh hell you ain’t getting away!” Then Boom!
Superbes performance et images La musique aussi, batterie endiablante ! C'est qui ?
Instant Karma Wayne!!😅
Soo thick power eventually blows up and forward
Best wipe out reel in history. Really shows the thick, nasty lips of these monsters for how ungodly heavy they really are.
Is that Norris kid one of the Norris Nutz?
oh man, they had to hurt
What is that second song? Dn'b to the max!
Bro... this is crazy!! How many of these guys got injured?

Hectic! Hope everyone was ok!?
Oh my…
Should name this spot ruptured eardrum.
Shipstern is just nuts. That little and sometimes huge crinkle that it creates is just nasty. Sends dudes flying. RLTW 3/75
wow
There’s something not right that I enjoyed that.
One of those videos where you are cringing on every wave. Like wondering how many could even swim in after that? Chiropractors probably love this video.
How that wave ate him up @1:08
I would guess that the cliffs must be very close to the surface for those double waves to form, falling there must be a very real risk of being killed.
