Fire and Flow Vinyasa

This practice channels the heat and fiery energy of the summer to light up your core. In the midst of the challenge we tap into the cooling element of water that can allow us to go with the flow even when things get uncomfortable. We'll warm up with some hip stretches and get the abdominal work going right away before moving through some sun salutations and into our main flow. We can physically release some of the built up heat by smoothing out our movements and slowing down our exhales.
We can mentally and emotionally cool things down by giving ourselves some patience and grace, by offering self-compassion and by honoring the strength of will it takes just to show up. Celebrate your efforts and let go - or rather go with the flow - of the rest.
