We owned a 1107 Fintec jaw for about 3 years, it crushed well when we could keep it running. Always had serious electrical problems continually making it an inefficient machine . Parts were always a problem, it was decided to dispose of machine & buy the oppositions machine.i don't know how the newer machines are fairing but they would have to improve substantialy for us to reconsider. Have brought a new McCloskey J50 & extremely happy to be making a profit for a change. Cheers

Like most other sedimentary rocks, most limestone is composed of grains. Most grains in limestone are skeletal fragments of marine organisms such as coral or foraminifera. These organisms secrete shells made of aragonite or calcite, and leave these shells behind when they die. Other carbonate grains composing limestones are ooids, peloids, intraclasts, and extraclasts. Limestone often contains variable amounts of silica in the form of chert (chalcedony, flint, jasper, etc.) or siliceous skeletal fragment (sponge spicules, diatoms, radiolarians), and varying amounts of clay, silt and sand (terrestrial detritus) carried in by rivers. Some limestones do not consist of grains, and are formed by the chemical precipitation of calcite or aragonite, i.e. travertine. Secondary calcite may be deposited by supersaturated meteoric waters(groundwater that precipitates the material in caves). This produces speleothems, such as stalagmites and stalactites. Another form taken by calcite is oolitic limestone, which can be recognized by its granular (oolite) appearance. The primary source of the calcite in limestone is most commonly marine organisms. Some of these organisms can construct mounds of rock known as reefs, building upon past generations. Below about 3,000 meters, water pressure and temperature conditions cause the dissolution of calcite to increase nonlinearly, so limestone typically does not form in deeper waters (see lysocline). Limestones may also form in lacustrine[1] and evaporite depositional environments.[2][3] Calcite can be dissolved or precipitated by groundwater, depending on several factors, including the water temperature, pH, and dissolved ion concentrations. Calcite exhibits an unusual characteristic called retrograde solubility, in which it becomes less soluble in water as the temperature increases.

Carlos Gomez that small stuff is kinda good in there believe it or not. I worked on a crusher and just putting big material through can jam so we would have to hammer away at it or chain out the jam. ( one of the older guys would go and get a loader bucket full of the fine stuff and put it in the jaw. Doing that would make the spaces smaller and make it crush easier)

For you the emotions creats vasts and huge transformation like when you are sad you gets accustomed to it and when happiness comes you enjoy it but slowly and steadily you again you become sad. There are something or the other pain in you which haunt you and you think a lot with it. There is something or the other which is pullimg you down. You enjoy when the shape of the stones change. You know its giving you peace as you think you achieved the success when you get relieved from the passion that is your haunt. You are a very truthful person and you think you have a different prospect about like. You have to look after that factor and go towards it. Hope you do well. Bless you child. Thankyou.
