In this video we tackle the southern part of the Fins and Things trail in Moab, Utah. This is a Jeep Badge of Honor trail. This trail is probably one of the best beginner off-road Jeep trails to get a feel for wheeling in Moab before you go on to harder trails. I would not classify this trail as difficult, but if you are new to off-roading it will be a challenge but it will be a trail that you will never forget! You will get to experience steep slickrock climbs and descents, some big ledges, fins (the vertical sandstone rock formations) and the things (the parts of the fins that fall to the ground and are leftovers basically). An aggressive stock vehicle can complete this fun trail. There are some good campsites scattered throughout the trail as well. We hit the southern part of the trail in this video and found that it was taking longer than expected and we really wanted to hit Hell's Revenge too, so we called it a day.

Thanks Tom!!!! 🤣🤣🤣. Camron cracks me up. Every time our buddy Coy (who is probably the best driver I know) would stall his standard Camron would yell “STUPID STICK SHIFT!!!!” Hahahah. So it’s funny to hear him. Stupid long wheelbase! Stupid truck! Stupid gladiator! I’m laughing just thinking about it

LOL. Thanks 😊. I’m working on some more videos from the trip right now. Editing is not my favorite thing! I would rather be wheeling! You’ve been putting out some great videos too! Camrons JT is pretty good. He’s trying to get used to that long wheelbase which definitely adds a new challenge! - Geoff

I realize this is an older video but if go in to the second part of Fins at the radio tower it skips all the bumpy stuff and gets right to the fun. The only cool obstacle you'll miss is that first steep decent. But I agree, the first few miles of the second half are boring and bumpy.

I don’t know what it is. Is it Covid? Or just so many more people wheeling and recreating outdoors these days? We’ve never seen it like this but it seems like everyone and their uncle is getting out. It’s good for them but just adds to more traffic on the trails. It is what it is. I just don’t understand it 😂😂. Thanks for checking in. I’m editing a few more videos from our last Moab trip and we’re going wheeling tomorrow too! It’s almost the season here!!!! - Geoff
