The feast after the bear has been killed is called "Karhunpeijaiset" which I guess translates best to "the bear's feast". It makes sure that there will be further game to hunt, and that the bear will be reincarnated to the forest. It varied from region to region, in some areas the bear was with songs led to believe its death was just an accident or the bears fault, and so it could forgive the people and be satisfied.

maybe it's a greeting to the spirit of woods or to the spirit of bear. i tried to hear it, it starts with words: metsä ja tapio terve (something) kuningas then (i'm partly guessing because it's in background) it says: terve vuori, terve maa metsän auvo armollinen "forest and tapio - (tapio is like the spirit/keeper of forest) hi/(also means 'healthy') (something) king - hi mountain, hi ground(/earth) - (hi) the bliss of forest merciful"

btw seems like the song continues at 5:50 astun jalan, astun toisen - astunpa kohta kolmannen - alle kuulun kurkihirren - päälle (something) ----(something in between) ohtoseni, lintuseni - mesikämmen kaunoiseni - kuin sie tulit meiän maille x2 --- "i step one foot, step another - i'll step third step in a moment - to under the ridgepole - on top of (something) ---(something in between) my little ohto, my little bird - (ohto is another name for bear) nectar hand my beautiful - how/why did you come to our lands - how/why did you come to our lands" and it continues but i can't hear all words so i'll leave it here.. it seems it's a song about bear hunt.., sad tone imo.

@Carl Christian Kryger Pedersen i'm guessing it's a modern singer /folk artist, i'm not familiar with any names.. my second guess the song is writer's own version of old poetry, that with-holds many old lines that have been in use until end of 'old times', like lines "alle kuulun kurkihirren", could be continued with "alle kaunihin katoksen"; and lines like "ohtoseni, lintuseni - mesikämmen kaunoiseni -" are typical old style repetition, maybe familiar from kalevala collection of poems.. it's a nice tune, but a sad, imo very sad one. like a cry of the most unwanted happening where someone had to take the life from the king of forest just because one's lands happened to be in its' path.. that's how it sounds to me. maybe someone some day can provide better information with artist name.. if you like the song, learn to play it, sing it, and you'll have it with you even outside internet :) more similar songs to this might be found with "karhunpeijaiset". i didn't find a direct match, but hey, it's all nice.

@Ringsfjord I think the singer is called Heikki Laitinen. He has sang other songs from Kalevala as well.
