@@PikkusikaCFH Ok, now i get it.We have large orders for the next 10 years. But it's still not enough to fight a giant like Russia alone. So good to be in NATO😉. I'm sure finland and sweden will join soon. And if it extends, you will not alone in case any trouble anyway🙂.

@@tehokotkat Most common phrase is that 1 Finn equals 10 Russians in field of combat. 90% of Finns share this opinion. We in Finland have really severe situation having any threath of invasion. Like very, very severe response coming out immediately.

Love from FInland. Felt some need to ask your militarypolice what they have on their magazine, when I visited Hungary in 2016. Many two men squads going back and forth in subway stairwells and seeing them elsewhere. Keep up the good work!

@lakoslevi7786 What is your problem voting Sweden into NATO? Sweden is to us Finns an 100% reliable allied nation and crucial basing area. Swedes dont want to deal with russkies (who would want?), so they support us Finns. Most of resupply going to Finland and the 3 Baltic states goes through Sweden.

I wish that Finland can soon join NATO, but as is written in the walls of Finland's "Suomenlinna" gate: “Posterity, stand here upon your ground and never rely on outside help.” (The one quoted died in 1772.) That was tested in 1939, got all the help Finland could get during 1940-1944 and stood, our, ground. Stand your ground, make one proud of heritage of the people who have passed and be proud of things that are worth it.

Old joke... There is a Finnish position. One russian soldier goes behind hill. Silence. Russian commander orders two small groups to go! Ten russian soldiers go behind the hill and firefight seems to occur. Silence. Russian commander orders few squadrons to go! Hundreds of russian soldiers go over the hill and then there seems to be intense fighting... Then SILENCE. Furious the russian commander orders two battallions to go, then he hears furious fighting and the ground shooks from shells and mines. One russian soldier crawls over the hill saying: "It's a trap, there are two of them!!" Love you all! :)

What Finland lacks in manpower, makes it up with its war doctrine. Our soldiers, officers and chain of command is highly trained/educated. Meaning we have a good experience of fighting a nation of opposite of resources compared to ours. Just take a look of Finland's history of WW2. Things have changed yes, but SISU is still with us and strongest as ever after Ukraine Crisis

russians can't fight in forrest. That was clear in winter war. Actually we can mobilize more men than Russia when they attacked Ukraine. 190 000 men compared to our 250 000 men. We can mobilize 900 000 men if needed within a month. if they attack us they are in deep shit, we have prepared for it for decades. There is no better army to fight against russians than us

@@torpmorp1324Yep. During crisis Finland raises army larger than Germany. There has been mandatory military service for young men in Finland for over 100 years. Every young lad who has his marbles in place and is physically able (around 70% of yearly age group) serve in our defence forces. Well over million and half of total population of 5.5 mil has served in army. Of them, around 900.000 are within age groups which could be called up.

Finland is a large country with few people. We have few soldiers, but we keep the quality high. We have learned a lot from our neighbor to the east.
