We lost a shining star when Helen left us . Everytime i watch a clip or episode of Peaky i think of Polly puting the proper willies up the smug nun who mistreated orphaned kids. Pointing a large hat pin in her face .She says "If i come for you and i still might yet decide to come for you ,I will wear high heels so you can hear my approach on the cobblestones and have time to repent." then pushing the pin lightly into her cheek she says " You listen for my footsteps! I was so saddened to hear this shocking news. My heart goes out to her family and friends during this time of grief! Helen McCrory was my favourite actress of all time. Her performance in Peaky Blinders was unbelievably outstanding to the point of where I have watched the whole series - 5 times over! She was an extremely gifted person. It will be hard to watch the last season of Peaky Blinders without her. I can’t imagine what her family is going through months after her passing.

Can't believe I am so hurt by this, I just watched the first episode of season 6 of Peaky Blinders. I was fine until I learned the actress that played passed on in the credits. She is one of many passing that just doesn't make sense and just hits you wrong. Part of entertainment factor in cinema is that the on screen losses aren't real. If you meet any celebrity all you hope for is one that impacted you with their craft and you just want to thank them. When they are relatively young in that appearance. A part of you hope really hopes that is possiblity remains for years as they as hopefully healthy, out and about for a decade. When your favorites like Chadwick & McCrory pass it just hurts and doesn't make sense. Johnny Depp and Charlie Sheen living reckless but still kicking strong and old that both of there 2 favorites. I ready to watch episode 2 until I saw the tribute. It was such a punch in gut.

Did the peaky blinders actors and directors know she was sick? I know she hid her diagnosis from the public as a lot of friends but im curious if they knew. Such a devastating loss of a beautiful life. My heart goes out to her family and friends. I hope they just say that she ran away to be the gypsy queen that she is after Mr Gold's death and the way he reminded her that she was gypsy royalty...and don't kill her off on the show.. I know they'll probably have to kill her off in the show I'm o.sure if there was any filming done yet but I'm curious how this will play out although it seems selfish to say that. I just hope she gets a proper send off.

A part of you hope really hopes that is possiblity remains for years as they as hopefully healthy, out and about for a decade. When your favorites like Chadwick & McCrory pass it just hurts and doesn't make sense. Johnny Depp and Charlie Sheen living reckless but still kicking strong and old that both of there 2 favorites. I ready to watch episode 2 until I saw the tribute. It was such a punch in gut.

Did the peaky blinders actors and directors know she was sick? I know she hid her diagnosis from the public as a lot of friends but im curious if they knew. Such a devastating loss of a beautiful life. My heart goes out to her family and friends. I hope they just say that she ran away to be the gypsy queen that she is after Mr Gold's death and the way he reminded her that she was gypsy royalty...and don't kill her off on the show.. I know they'll probably have to kill her off in the show I'm o.sure if there was any filming done yet but I'm curious how this will play out although it seems selfish to say that. I just hope she gets a proper send off.
