With team switching a new challenge has opened up and that is to win with every team over the course of your career, that is exactly what this series hopes to achieve and we will be starting with the weakest team Alfa Romeo, and once we are crowned champions we will go on to the next weakest team we haven't played yet, and continue until we have won with all 10 teams. Hope you enjoy this journey and as I have a fairly similar series going at the same time we will be speedrunning the first season over these first two parts which will mainly focus on how you can be competitive within your first season with just a few upgrades and how you can create a fairly competitive car for season 2, hope you all enjoy!

This is a great series. One question though and i know it's not necessarily relevant for this series currently, but how much of an impact does a fully upgraded team hub and simulator have on the attribute changes. With no hub, you were getting 2-3 pts per month into their skills, does that drastically increase points wise if your sim/hub is upgraded to level 4/5? Keep up the good work, your F1 manager vids are a real go to for tips about the game, much appreciated!

I'd say they are definitively worth it, how much more of a gain you get though is debatable as they have an effect on weekly passive gain, so they will have more of a effect on your staff than your drivers since your drivers also gain large amounts of experience trough races, that is why even if it doesn't seem like a big increase it actually is quite important if you are planning on raising drivers and staff.

Are the facilities like the cfd and wind tunnel still glitched or is it viable to upgrade them now?

As far as I know the wind tunnel/cfd is still not worth upgrading.
do you not use the ATR on research? or more than 1 engineer?

Atr does make the research better but he might wanna use it for race pace and you never should use more than 1 engineer on research because the only benifit is the research finishing sooner but at the cost of process ex- 0.02 Kn 1 engineer 0.01 kn 2 engineers
