How an it be that the best Instruction on an Armbar from Guard, that on top has no annoying intro music, has only 12000 views? Thank you for your Effort Mr Gracie. Helped my game so, so much!

This is a genius solution to a common problem at every level of the game. This is a superior finishing position for the armlock from the mount. I’ve done this before naturally and finished from the mount live without being able to articulate and repeat the outcome in a such a refined manner. Incredible technique!

I feel like when someone is defending an armbar like that you can put him in a triangle if you slip your right foot under his grip and place it beside his head

Would all these techniques apply to no gi training or obviously their would be some adjustments related to them? And could you provide some no gi techniques if possible if you haven’t already since I’m new to your site and need to look around

Considering that he didn't grip the gi a single time during this video, it will work exactly the same unmodified in gi or no-gi. Generally speaking, any technique that doesn't involve a grip on the gi will work exactly the same in no-gi.
