​@@jjmill5209 personally, it's not exactly "relaxing" in the same way as this - as background to a mundane task or going to sleep, but rather in the sense of it being a collection of familiar and pleasant noises rapidly firing off one after the other, provoking the tingle for a more involved and cerebral sensation. I enjoy how different ASMR is, in that sense. It can hit a variety of different moods and purposes, yet all combined within a shared intimacy of sound, visuals, etc.

It’s probably because he dosen’t really do stuff a normal asmrist would do like tapping or mouth clicking which gives off the unintentional vibe

People don’t realize the prep work that goes into these type videos. Lloyd is the executive producer, the director, the writer the actor, the set coordinator he’s everything

I remember Lloyd mentioned in a recent livestream how he wanted to create a scene where the viewer got to actually try on the clothing in the shop. I am happy to see Lloyd was successful in adding that scene into this video. I personally think the new scene is great. Lloyd I hope you’re pleased by your work in this video.

I've been thinking a lot about WHY I like certain ASMRtists. For you, Lloyd, it's the convincing way you "listen" to the viewer - and it's not just the pause at the outset, it's the active listening afterwards where you recap what's been said. It creates great tingles, and it gives your videos a sense of personal warmth. You don't find that often, it's a rare quality! Nicely done!

You’re the best asmr! No lie for the last 6 months working 2nd shift; you’ve always been my sleep aid! Love be ya Lloyd!

The tie organisation could easily be a great video on its own, in my opinion, Lloyd. You could have them messy to begin with, then try organising them in different ways to have a decent video length. For example, sort them by colour, then roll them up, then lay them out and straighten them in order of your personal preference, etc. Just the attention to detail and perhaps some soft spoken dialogue about what you think of each tie (either to yourself, to us or an RP with viewers as an apprentice). It's such a relaxing part of these videos :)

Also great to see you at 174,000 subscribers! PS I don’t always have a need for the advertised products YT runs with your content, but I make sure to let them run and not skip them. I also click on the advertisers as well as I know that helps. Thank you for what you do for all of us. You give us a way to de-stress and escape pain.

Posting to help boost numbers but been following for years. Easily one of my favorite channels.

love the use of the mannequin body in the second half of the video! I rarely see other ASMR artists use that in clothing fitting or stylist videos so it was an excellent touch 👌 great work!

Love the care you put into handling the clothes and ties. The second part with the mannequin was a wonderful idea!

Great video Lloyd! Love the sounds of the fabric and the overall calming aesthetic of the gentleman’s shop. I’m also learning that your slow and methodical hand movements really trigger my ASMR, definitely appreciate those!

You know, I'd get a chuckle out of a video that starts with a familiar formula: Employee Lloyd organizing and tidying stuff, and then apologetically notices the customer waiting. But then, he keeps asking for the customer to wait just one more minute to take care of this and that, with all sorts of excuses and things. The whole video is Lloyd delaying the actual interaction to do these little talks, and the video ends without any service ever happening

I think I watched too many of your videos...I now treat my clothes like you do in your videos. Took me a while to lint brush my shirt, and took me a while to fold my laundry, but I did it Lloyd ASMR style, and although I took forever in doing so, and my fiancé asked me why I was finessing my clothes to which I just whispered, ASMR, and she understood...and now I find relaxation in even the most simplistic of tasks. Thanks Lloyd. I also now whisper to myself as I shave. Again, thanks Lloyd now I can relax doing anything.

Always loved these videos Lloyd, some of my favorite.

I rarely get tingles from videos, but this one got me. From 7:46 onwards I got a lot of tingling. And I agree with many others that using the mannequin was an excellent choice. It amplified the sensations for me.
