Can you not just get this with a general chest infection?

When i breath out all air the wheezing noise gets wierd sounds plus i got a cold and allergies at the same time ,smoke from anything will make me wheez now a day's

my grandmama died of lung cancer her lungs sounded like rocks beung grated
