Ya-Hu-Ah, Ya-Hu-Ah, the breath of life of the creator really is in all of us! Fascinating stuff right here, how great of an architect is he that created the world, and the heavens.
in a pleural effusion you will hear bronchial breath sounds at d upper margin of the effusion and decreased breath sounds below it.

thank you! clear and easy to understand!
Thanks a lot for your support sir. 🙏
What do you mean that bronchial sounds are mimicked by listening over the trachea? Is it that the sound you hear when you place bell on the trachea is what the pathological bronchial breathing at the lung bases would sound like?
Thanks sir very useful information for me

Excellent video. Now, is it possible to have bronchial breath sounds in an effusion? Or no, since the effusion is in pleural space?
