Teaching is a practice and I know I spend a lot of time reflecting on my teaching practice and how I can ground in my teaching practice. I have spent a lot of time thinking about how do I know if I want to be a teacher and how do I know when it's time to move on. Finding my way and leading from a place of value has been so helpful for me in creating a space that helps shine my light.
