I found 3 single Tory Burch flip flops. Looked in every bin for the mates; even in other peoples carts, LOL. I had to leave them behind. So sad!

I found three pairs of Rothy's at our local animal shelter. My husband calls it Dogwill.

It's like the sweater in the second store was just hanging there waiting for you!

Make sure you look up a Paul Green size chart ...I had a return on these exact boots for just listing the size in the boot, not realizing they are European sizing!

The Lovely Finds Mine too. By the time you get service at the counter it is gone or you wasted your time finding out it is a fake which they have marked 30-40 dollars. Ridiculous. I wrote a long letter to our local administrator advising him about pricing, ability to review certain products and employees holding great items in the back for themselves or friends. Waiting to hear back.

You have such a great eye for items. People tell me the same thing. I can spot a great item 50 feet away in a pile of stuff. Smart move focusing on a particular item to replenish your store. Glad you are filming again. Very enjoyable to watch.

Jenna, this is an awesome series. I hope you keep doing these and at least adding them to your rotation. It's so fun to see your process from start to finish. Love your videos. Love the hall. I work at a shoe store and I won't name which one but hiker boots and short/bootie boots are in. Tall not so much right now which is a bummer. Loved your haul you're lucky to find Tori Burch. My closest Goodwill told me I am better off shopping the very beginning of the week for new stuff as there are a lot of resellers that go to it. So I have to try to find other ones I hopes they will always put stuff out.

I recently found and sold some Athleta jeans and they did really well! I never expected athleta to have jeans. I was pleasantly surprised!

Paul green sizing is UK numbers. 7.5 is a US 10. 😊 I've sold a pair of the Mi.iM for $50 on posh. They actually do really good.

At the last store I think there were two Chala bags hanging there! I LOVE Chala and such good quality! Would resell well if in good shape!

You’re the only clothing reseller I know who regularly sources at Goodwill. It seems like you mostly shop on nonsale days too which is just insane to me lol. The prices at mine are way too high to source there regularly.

I just sold a pair of Tori Burch sandals that I found at my GW, they were like in new condition. They sold on EBay. My GW always has high end brands but they sell it for high prices. Still I pay up be used I know I can flip my money easily.

how do you track your inventory? I’m trying to come up with a system as I start to sell more and saw you have a super organized system!

Check the Paul Green size chart. They go by UK sizing so the 7.5 on the bottom will be a 10 US. 😁

Did you hand pick and source each item?! Do you wash your clothes before packing or is it just too time consuming with that volume?? Thanks:)

I may have found 1-2 Good pair in the last 5 years. Most are just so raggedy.

I wish you'd tell us what you paid for them. It really doesn't help to not know what the price was, my Tory Burches are usually selling for $30 at Goodwill, wondering if that is what yours are too.

I think sometimes it helps more to look at the sold price and determine what % profit margin you would be happy with. Let’s say the shoe sells for $50, after posh fees you are left with $40. It’s kind of up to you to decide what is a worthy investment based on how much profit you want to make. It’s so different for everyone. I don’t want to stop someone from buying something because they are paying a different price than me if they would be happy with their profit margin. Hope that makes sense/helps.

Do you have someone help you with your orders, listings, etc. Managing 12,000 items seems impossible to me Just curious

I don't think she has 12,000 active listings - those are lifetime listings including sold. If you look through her closet you'll see you get to the solds around 200 or so down. When you have almost 200k followers, all who love your style, you just keep the formula moving forward I guess!
