This video was nicely put together!
In fact, I did not get the key message from the demo speaker. So I dont see eye to eye with point of the 1st runner

Share the same feeling with u. I guess his key message is persistence, however, the demo speaker tell none of it. He only call us to do yoga. That's why this speech is a demo.
