6:03 - Sounds like the "cabin" is about to be blown off of the mountain! 10:04 - Hiking down on terrain that is slipping out from under your feet with a BIG drop off right next to you. Terrifying!! Absolutely stunning location. Gorgeous views.

I love Switzerland. The Swiss even put homey wood paneling on the inside of that metal box in that remote location. I hope there is a water source nearby, though, for the sake of answering nature's call.

Inspirational to find you do all this essentially “solo”: remarkable treks, cinematography, editing, music composition and performance, drone operation, etc. You’ve found the courage and conviction to live your life fully while you are alive. Not making plans for some future life (perfection, Plato’s cave) while the years do go by. Cf. Roger Waters, “Time” (Pink Floyd, still performing, but more before your time, and mine!). Would you (or are you) doing solo winter hikes like those you posted a year ago? Eg, the upward hikes and the overnights (tents/huts/igloo). Breathtaking video, beautiful music, stunning views of mountains in the ever changing light. All the more moving because we have just returned from a short trek in the Swiss Alps ourselves, our highlight being a visit to the altogether grander and more occupied Gspaltenhornhutte. Oh to be at least 40 years younger, then perhaps we could hope to emulate your adventure! Where was your little gem we wonder? Diana and Richard

if I may allow myself to write to you..🙂 in Switzerland there are countless huts in the Alps. so-called sac huts (swiss alps club).

He is leaving from this position, close to the Egga fraction on the Simplon 46°12′15.483″N 8°02′37.120″E The bivack is at 46°11′05.500″N 8°00′09.062″E you can check the itinerary on swisstopo, the path is marked up to P2626 m
