when looking within myself I find it is easier to come up with a topic. factors that will help me from this video are age and interest of the audience. I have come up with three ideas for a topic, taking a trip to Africa, how to farm wheat and family reunions.

I have a time limit for calmness, first 30 seconds usually go fine then my voice goes quiet and squeaky and my face turns red 😭

When I look within myself, I am able to find something I am comfortable with. Websites, newpapers, books, and magazines can help me narrow down my topic. Some topics may be why you should buy an electric car, how to improve your communication skills and the best benefits of being in a relationship.
