Not taking an artifact that could've added 12 damage (glass bottle's 6 x2 from the barbell) because he didn't want to give up one of his excessive luck rings is peak DF.

That's interesting to know, but I must also point out that mice and rats DO eat flies. Only living flies, and they act like a squirrel with an acorn. They most definitely eat them though.

Cool. I assume each merchant is a different one though so that's basically a worse key...

It's hard to tell if DF ever actually noticed that the enemies tell you what they're going to do on their turn or not. Sometimes he does things that look like he knows, other times he makes some really bad choices.

Did he just shield when the enemy wasn't attacking and didn't shield when the enemy was attacking? That's some great gaming intuition

This looks like a fun game. It seems to be a game that requires some thought and a bit of light reading required, in order to fully utilize some weird and potentially interesting builds.

Dude, for real. The castle build is amazing and the relics you get from bosses more likely than not can really fuck you if you don't read the description. Like some disable weapons for being close to armor making your next fight suicide if you don't read that

What game is it?

"Today's experience is all about murder." Really changing things up, I see.

pick axe = infinite damage+healing.. just save a few slots for armor, and surround the pick with gems.. you can get +8 damage per turn with the pick, and eventually start out with like 40+ damage and/or 10+ vampirism per swing

So once again I'm sure plenty of people noticed something you didn't notice which is, every turn you can see an icon on the ennemis' heads that tells you what they are going to do, including the amount when kt comes to attack and defence, there's also the Zzzs when it won't do anything this turn, the monster head for when it will spawn another ennemy, the interrogation point is when you don't know what it'll do and on and on

i do love the way you casually shrug off mistakes. it makes for a light, refreshing video

as one of the people that hoards healing stuff for urgency, seeing him use healing items when his health is maxed or regeneration with full hp just hurts my soul xd

You gotta find weapons that scale, items that multiply dmg, energy. Rage is an OP mechanic and so is magic

I haven't played too much, but I've tried both of those strategies with no such luck. What synergizes to make rage OP? (My one win so far has been with full set of armor + haste buildup, invincibility after turn one)

@@21dayjac go watch SIFD he has a ton of builds. The ring DF had in this game gives rage for 1 mana. If you have 10 3mana stones that is 30 rage. That's 90 dmg / energy with a weapon that does 1 dmg. If you get the event where the Smith puts rage on a weapon every time you use a weapon that's +3dmg, then next turn +5 then +7. Math 3 energy per turn, but also every status is reduced by 1 per turn. That's just the rage mechanic not to mention every weapon has it's own way to scale through the game

Magic you just need alot of manastones, relics and equipment that give mana every turn, a wand, find the guy who puts rage on it. Super op.

the way the wheel works is if you corner it like you did it does nothing if it doesn't move through you pack nothing will happen.

oh i can't WAIT for DF to learn this game and try some awesome builds! They just updated it, bow build used to be OP but not so much anymore, cleaver builds are cool too!

Yeah shield builds are pretty fun too. Had a shield relic that let me use all weapons adjacent to the shield and a cleaver that used all adjacent cleavers so I hit 6 times per energy. Lmao

@@karikora8279 ya i've done cleaver build but there's a couple enemies & bosses where they add spike to themselves and if you are doing a cleaver build you will die so quick to them which sucks >.

the wheel only gives its damage buff IF it actually moves in your inventory to another spot. Trapping it in the corner does literally nothing for you.

Watching this makes me feel good about even my worst runs lol

DF you only need to add shield when an enemy has the red color symbol on it, the blue one just gives them shield. Shield also does not save till the next turn.

DF shielding unnecessarily so many times is classic. Also painful to see him forget to put the gold in the backpack.

they really do be putting a compass by an item that damages you for having items by it in a spot where it cant move and give them more attack tho

I normally watch DF vids as soon as they came out, but was distracted playing this game (I died at floor 12 rip) then thought "Hmm DF should play this game" And here we are

I remember playing this game a month ago and thinking "DF would absolutely love this" and sheeesh, was i ever right!

Play Trimps, its a idle game with 7 years of updates behind it, probably one of the best and most in depth idle game ive ever played, its right up your alley, and will give months worth of content

Watching this was so painful not sure what I expected lol

Oh yeah! DF backpack hero is gonna be so much content!

If DF figures out the mechanics of this game, chaos will ensue

Heads up, the wheel has to move to actually work, if it can't move at least a single space it's does nothing. Much love sorry some items are confusing, I believe other items that need to move are the same for the effect to apply.

Hey random game you might want to check out! Its called Noita. Its an extremely hard rouguelike. But some of the wands/weapons nearly break the game. Right up your alley!

You can carry more than one helmet. Especially the one that provides an extra dodge. You just lose like one block per extra helmet

The wheel actualy need to move for it to apply a bonus. So you could use it tu buff the nunchucks and it get itself out of the range of the nunchucks. With good positioning you could have applied +10 dammages for a turn without any drawbacks.

its early build, heavy on luck

tunic adds more block than bronze armor.... Tunic add +1 for each piece while Bronze armor adds +2 for each piece WHILE giving attack damage. Editor, bash your boss, please. Or give him some more caffeine, I guess.
