now I want to see DF play some of the pretige mode because that's infinite mode, meaning *infinite resources* if you play smart and get the right upgrades. it would also be an opportunity to see someone use the damn resource tree correctly, but smart plays is not exactly why I come here...

the seed you keep finding is a mineral tree, it needs space and the ore of your choice under it, its fully grown when it makes 3 a harvest. thanks for almost 1k likes btw, one more thing WHY IS THIS MY MOST LIKED COMMENT? this is an hour or two later, WHY IS THIS THE MOST LIKED COMMENT ON THE VIDEO???

Yes, it very much is possible to mine out the whole mine. In fact, it's an achievement. But you already knew this, if you watched the video. It's actually REALLY easy to do on the smallest map and easiest difficulty, if that's your cup of tea.

This is by far the best youtuber who plays dome keeper as all the others just have uncut footage most of the time

The egg you keep finding and bringing to your dome is a pet. You can see it hatched a cat in the dome it's the blue thing in the middle. There's multiple different pets. I have no clue if they do anthing useful though.

Egg=Pet Elevator can now go through solid blocks. Maxing out the wave delayer is stupidly good. You can beat the last wave just pause in the upgrade menu and buy health upgrades during it.

DF not taking any of the damage reduction upgrades is painful to watch.

He keeps on playing this game and I love it when he does

I swear every time I see this game it looks like an entirely different game because of its major graphical style overhauls, lol. It was almost unrecognizeable going from Dome Romatik to Dome Keeper, and it still keeps changing.

That egg is how you keep getting new pets. Each time you make it take root in the dome, a new pet gets unlocked.

you can actually win the last wave without using the artifact, you get an achievement for it

If you Find the egg after beating the game it hatches into a cat that hangs around in your dome

i have done iit on the biggest map and on the biggest difficulty. I actually got less resourses than you but a lot more monsters, so the difficulty is working that way

The weird thing you talked about that suddenly grew a piece of iron is a seed, and if you place it on an iron deposit it will GROW iron for you

the title makes it seem like DF was disappointed in the mountain of airy loot he found

Drop the seed on a tile that contains an element, the tree will grow and produce that element. NOTE, the roots of the tree will spread through undug tiles in search of new elements 9x9 or possibly10x10 around the plantsite, so yes roots will grow upwards too. this means if you do not did everything immediately and look for an area with 2 or 3 elements locally you might just make an infinity tree that produces all three elements. Be sure to make room above to allow the tree to grow into.

the egg that you brought up to the surface with you that you had no idea what it was is to unlock a new pet as you saw at the end.

this may be dfs longest video but i think it should be.

no, the map has a limit. although if you spent no resources, (which would take forever with no upgrades,) you would experience lag, but not most likely break the game.
