Finding Interesting Scapolite Crystals On The Side of The Road! Ontario Rockhounding
I had a chance when collecting to stop by a road cut I have had my eye on for a while. I found some interesting specimens while there.

Hey Aidan, I've encountered the "melted" quartz in the Minden area before. Really odd but intriguing shapes. One that I've cleaned up looks vaguely like a human ear lobe.

Wow! You found quite a few crystals! And those plates are fabulous! So many different minerals in in one road cut, made it look like the road cut was almost striped different colors! How cool! You find the coolest mineral and crystals! Thanks Aidan!
