Finding Happiness from Within | Monchanok Seetubtim | TEDxChiangMai

"Happiness and freedom lie in our own hands, and we can start to make changes day by day." / "ความสุขและอิสรภาพอยู่ในมือเรา และเราสามารเริ่มต้นเปลี่ยนแปลงในทุกวัน" Monchanok Seetubtim / มนชนก สีทับทิม
Wanting to help people find happiness on a daily basis, Monchanok made a “Happiness Planner” to achieve our goals by helping us become aware of changes in ourselves that we would not normally see This process increasingly helps us see the importance of thinking positively.

thehappinessplanner.com/ Born in Bangkok, Mo Seetubtim (มนชนก สีทับทิม) grew up with a very traditional Thai mother and a father who introduced her to western philosophy and to the field of personal development. In contrast to her parents, Mo grew up in a duel east-west environment giving her a unique perspective life and happiness. From a very young age Mo wanted to inspire people to live life with purpose and passion by finding happiness from within. She yearns to share her technique and philosophy with everyone.
In early 2015, Mo launched the Happiness Planner. This is a planner and journal designed to help people create more happiness and fulfillment in their lives by embracing the power of positive thinking, mindfulness, gratitude and self-development. The “Happiness Planner” was featured in TEDxLondon and TEDxOakland and has sold more than 200,000 copies worldwide. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

My kind of lady! Once you truly are happy with yourself you can’t help but want to assist others in reaching that same point. There are so many sad and angry people all around us on a daily basis and with enough effort we can heal the world 💕🌎

What an amazing speech from an equally amazing woman. We have been Facebook friends, messaged back and forth re your happiness planner and prospective business interests for over 10 years now and this is the first time I have heard you speak about your passion. I plan on buying many copies of the Happiness Planner now and into the future. Keep up the amazing work and stay awesome🙏

true happiness is being grateful of what u have in life, d blessings dat come along d way (most especially in midst of challenges, trials, tribulations)... in every situation (whether favorable or not), there is a reason y it happened, and dat something good and beneficial will come out of it. u may not know what it is now, but for sure it will be a "life's learnings and realizations" for u to find d purpose of ur existence and sharing it with others, eventually, finding true happiness... being happy apart from a mindset, is a choice and a decision to make (taking in-charge)... human nature dictates, bcoz of d many unexpected encounters as u journey life, d "state of being truly happy" is constantly being challenged.. dat is y, you must make a choice and decide what kind of choice u will do... my thoughts...

Amazing message Mo. Thank you for sharing your story. I am ordering my happiness planner right now. This is the missing piece I NEED to become more consistent on focusing on what is right in my life. I'm a transformation coach but this area has always been an area that I needed to improve. Again. THANK YOU

How do l get the happiness planner

The buddah quote " happiness is a state of mind" really confuses me because if how we react to the outside world depends on our state of mind then technically nothing outside of us like friends, family, hobbies, etc.. bring us happiness as happiness was created by our state of mind not the event or situation?? Or does the event or situation need to happen first and then its down to our state of mind?
