Gobi is my Clancy’s doppalganger. He passed away 4 years ago but he will always be our soul dog. I understand the bond and we miss him every day. 😢

What an incredible bond between man and dogs.. Many people say that dogs are good judges of character and this is something that you will see from the way in which they react to different people just like Gobi. Some dogs can sense good or bad more than others and their reactions vary based on the type of personality they have. Dion and Gobi love story was unique something we can't explain only dog knows. But one thing sure, Gobi chose Dion for some reason and he made the right decision.

I love this story. It's almost like maybe they knew each other in a past life. She's an interesting little dog.

After watching many videos about Gobi, I was very moved. Until I read the book "Finding Gobi", I could understand how difficult it is to bring GoBi home. Fortunately, Dion didn't give up and with the help of many people, I finally made Gobi Go home! I was in tears as I read it 😂, I highly recommend everyone to read this book!

I have the same feelings. ♡ History warms the heart. But it also shows how many little toddlers need help. I have the impression that, in part, each of us needs to strengthen ourselves both physically and mentally. We also need "seven-mile shoes" to strengthen us so that we can help someone in need.

I hope this means the film is soon to be released so your story can be told and touch the hearts of all man"kind".

A wonderful man who helped Dion, the one who looks after the animal shelter! And a wonderful narrator who asks short questions and listens to important answers. As important as his questions. For example: - Is it a love story with a happy ending? - Yes. Thanks goodness, yes.

Tears loved Finding Gobi then and now…still tear up

Watched this with tears in y eyes. This is one my all time favorite stories ever. Shows the amazing resilience and perseverance of both Gobi AND Dion. I think this was a metaphor for God, always being there, always being by our sides, if we JUST LET HIM. And in English, "dog" is "God" backward. I think dogs can teach us a lot of about unending God's love for us.

I cried too ... but now I come back to this story and it helps me overcome my difficulties. A wonderful, beautiful man, a wonderful wife and an amazing little dog. But also many people who started helping. Since a group of wonderful people can help in such a difficult situation, it means that this is the right way to start helping others in need - a group of people with wonderful hearts. I have the impression that we need a movie that many can see in the cinema and not only. A story worthy of "putting on shoes" and going around the World. As in this saying about the truth. Time for the truth to "put on the shoes" with which Dion was running to hold the toddler who was running without shoes, on his little paws.

I love this story. But why isn’t this a movie? Mark Wahlberg is in a movie about a bigger dog following a cross-country athlete in Ecuador, then he brings the dog home to Sweden. The Gobi story is actually better, but I’d watch movies about both stories. I don’t get why the Ecuador dog gets a movie and Gobi doesn’t. I’m also partial to small dogs and the race would have been harder for a smaller dog. Go Gobi!
