I have to admit, I put these lectures on while practicing my morning hour long yoga practice. If anyone knows what the "crow pose" is, imagine trying to hold that pose while learning about Ajahn's porcelain diamond... I always say "ganbatte" ("keep going" in Japanese), so this took three tries and a red forehead... Love this man...

His story about the masterpiece he did in the toilet comes up very often in these talks. I can recall now already several versions of it. =))

Summarized perfectly starting at 31:50 "Fault and beauty is in the one who is looking. If you want to find beauty, go slower."

10:00 - Unfortunately many people don't understand the purpose of criticism, corrective behaviour and even rehabilitation. What is unfortunate about it is that, people who don't understand and heed the consequences of; unnecessary, unwarranted or unjust criticism, become hypocritical to the positive premise behind such Proper applications of, critical behaviour. For example, when you have someone in an office that, vapidly or unfairly criticizes a co-worker. They reveal themselves as being a participant in violent behaviour. Therefore, arguably not fit to criticize others. Although when you have a strong team leader, that calmly and privately tries to correct the (what is otherwise) unwanted behaviour. With constructive criticism. *Combined with strategies and assistance* that help the "legitimately criticisable person" NOT repeat the unwanted behaviour, success can be attained, and desirable behaviour can be learned. Social expulsion ("X'ing"), humiliation, bullying or even inflicting nuisance criticism on people, only makes problems worse. Such things are done *exclusively* by the; "pathologically misguided", maladapted, or even disordered individuals. Furthermore, said dehumanization or even mild denigration, is now definably forms of violence, thus criminal acts. But most importantly in terms of ousting or social expulsion ("passing the buck") to some other unprepared community, is a most pretarded* philosophy of punitive correction. That especially goes for pedophiles, hebephiles, beastophiles, murderers, drunk drivers, bullies, etc. Such "undesirable behaviour" could be behaviours that, the individual wants to mature from. Although, many times when the aforementioned negative behaviours are being implemented, they only conflate, but as well inflate the problems in hand. Ill criticism, frustration, annoyance, and even lack of respect itself creates and perpetuates negative behaviour or "recidivistism". I say this because for example: If a teleiophile, that has hebephilic fantasies as a result of a trauma based complex. And that person... "frees their guilt to god"...god Will "smite" that person by despising them... ultimately calling them "beautiful pieces of shit" as he flushes them and their social lives down the toilet**. (No offense). After which the individual becomes unable to identify with desirable or maturated behaviours. *All too often the critic (or participant **_in it_**) is the problem*. Sheerly out of lack of education, understanding or intelligence to interpersonally investigate, and attempt to constructively rectify grievances. *www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=pretarded (3rd Def) **lack of accountability
