Great interview
This was awesome to see. I have imposter syndrome for my current hoe hum life and trying to teach myself web design I think who will trust me as I struggle to design my first site but I have to believe in me or know one else will. Thank you. I still have so much to learn. I just learned basic components in Figma and i am so struggling but I got this, 😆

i am also self taught. Just have trust in yourself. I had the same feelings when i just started, it is totally normal! Just keep going. Everyone struggles during the design process! Wish you all the best for the future!
This was actually awesome content! I wish you guys had more of these videos. Payton you talked about having a core team and a handful of per-project freelancers on deck to scale up and down during busy seasons. This was eye opening! I know you hire a lot from your FB group. What would you suggest to someone who doesn’t have that resource to find great employees? Thanks in advance, your content has been crucial to my success, keep it up!

Do you need E&O coverage or Cyber media coverage?
Hate that Webflow doesn’t allow for cannabis sells but it’s definitely one that not everyone knows.
I traded a website with my brother for reference and referral. He has a lg social media following.
