This wasn't a horror short as much as it was a fairly accurate depiction of arcade games in the 80's & 90's. 🤣 I absolutely loved it!

An arcade near me has an old Mortal Kombat arcade machine *hell if I can remember which game it was from). First weekend it was there I got high score. They still have, it still works, I am still the high score. That is 20 years+ holding that score. It amuses me to no end, and people still play it regularly surprisingly.

Pro tip from Alan: no one can beat your score if there is no one left alive to beat it. Also, Alan looks like a badass on the video cover.

Rodney is the one that planted the cursed arcade machine in Playtech.

Alan is creeptastic in this episode! I love the warnings about playing at your own risk. No refunds at the top of the machine, and the Viva La Dirt League logo on the side. Even Rodney and Rowa couldn't resist playing

Wow, this is so impressive. You guys have taken it to the next level. It has to be said, this skit is an absolute masterclass in writing off an arcade cabinet as a business expense.

I loved this so much ! The music totally giving me stranger things and Alan becoming more like jack in the shining 😂 or this is like lord of the rings but in another dimension 🤣 one arcade role them all😂😂😂

Such a homage to the early "cause for child dilinquency" known as the arcade machine. Such a creative mix of horror and nostalgia.

I absolutely love that they listened to their fans when we all expressed how great Alan was at being crazy ASF after that gas trap episode and even the epic npc man one where he snaps and forces Rowan to listen to his lines lmfao 😂

I love Ellie in the end when they were making creepy/funny faces🤩🤣She is just natural, and not shy to show her real “self”🤭🤩🤣

That retrowave music hit me in guts. I'm a man who born in 95, lives with 80's synth music. Thank you.

Alan's acting is top notch in this one and the choice of music excellent. Congrats to every one a very well done sketch. Has to be one of your best.

That was simply fantastic. You guys got a natural talent for the dark and creepy tones, well done!

Alan outdid himself in this sketch, he usually plays such nice characters, watching him becoming possessed was shocking, and the others being oblivious to the danger until it was too late, WOW! thanks for such scary video, by the way is Alan going to finish what looks like a Viva La Dirt League tattoo in his left arm? it will look great once color is applied

Having Rowan act normal and like a friendly boss to everyone is a clever way of increasing Alan's clear isolation as the odd one out

A lot of people aren't commenting on the lightning effect that was done and i think that was such an amazing effect, the VFX on the channel has progressed so well in the last few years, its so good :D

@@Vulpesune Yeah, never kill your coworkers at work, the suspect pool is too small. Lure them to an off site location first. Go to a movie for an alibi, make sure it's a movie you've seen before, get a ticket stub, then wander off. Keep the ticket stub for the alibi, and if they ask about the movie, you've already seen it.

Wow! That was so cool! Completely different from the usual style, but I'm digging it so much. I love it.

The look in Alan's eyes is precisely the same as mine after a 3-hour session of Galaga at the video arcade in 1983. The only difference is that the only casualties were from my wallet.

Rekt is very under rated and a lot of people don't seem to have even seen it. If you watch the supercut it's pretty much a VLDL movie.

We need a whole original series with alan as a psycho, dudes acting too good.

Amazing. The synthwave, the dark twist, and Ellie's new hair color looks great too. Once again Alan is the one to be overcome by his inner darkness, I thought this was gonna be the start of a new "white shirt" saga.
