While it's unfortunate that these clients didn't get their chosen house, that points out a difference between this program, which I really like, and the US equivalent, "House Hunters". On HH, sometimes one of the houses that they look at is one that they've already bought!
The stream also means potential water infiltration issues. The basement looked pretty damp to me.

Some people are so fussy... That's why they waste a life searching.
