I'm so glad they found what they wanted. What a beautiful house.
Wow, those prices! Only a distant memory.
This was a great episode. That couple knew exactly what they wanted, they were picky and could afford to be because when they found their home they were completely satisfied including being ready to bid on the asking price.
I love to browse alongside the couples and feel gratified when they find what they're looking for -- with that special feeling you get from the right home.
That was a gorgeous house. The couple will fit right in.
They were so happy! Wonderful to see. :)
A thank you from this couple to Phil and Kirsty for finding and helping them negotiate to gain that beautiful property would have been good. Maybe I missed hearing it though.
another good episode. thanks for the upload
I miss this show so much :(
They chose a beautiful home!
Great choice...such a gorgeous home.
I absolutely love your shows..... Please keep up you're excellent work. You are both amazing 💖
I'd have gone with the house by the river. The road is an issue, yes, but the house was incredible.
And now, we need an update!!
ONE nice house. Go for it please!
love this one!
Loved this for them!
Still in good location ! 🌐🇬🇧♥️
They went for the right one there, youre paying that much you don't want a road.

Personally I wouldn't mind the roads for the 3 and 4 houses. The 3rd house would be perfect if if the road wasn't in-between the house and the river bank portion of the property.
Anyone know what year this episode was from? Beautiful home for that price. Feel like that home might cost two million pounds now.

@@bethhague8470 I agree!
New hairdo much, much better than the older one. Makes her look much younger. Simply hope I'm not confusing the past with the present. Oh well... In any case, always possible to revert to the better one, isn't it?
Can't say I'm rooting for this couple

What a miserable remark to make.
Phil seems so young and a bit more humourless

That's kinda rude.
She's not a bundle of fun, is she?!
Wow! First time I’ve ever seen this! At about 3:10, someone inserted the words “Go F yourself” into the CC - and trust me, nobody actually said that, on the program. Gremlins, I guess. :)

It was a mistranslated, '...and finish it off'.
half a million and they come across as if they have millions very weird
I hate it when they turn out to be so much more pedestrian than they let on. Ugh.

I hate it when people call others Pedestrian...uhhhhggg!
Why the fuck can’t they just show them regular houses? They keep showing them poorly converted random things into houses then they get mad that she doesn’t wanna waste 1/2 a mil on a converted garage or a converted iron workers shop. Does England not have regular larger suburban houses like we do in America?

We do. It's the history that we have that seems to be confusing you :)

@@resnonverba137 you're not confusing anyone. we understand renovation and whatever . it's just a pile of junk, with sinking walls and crumbling walls. they were spending upwards of $500,000 and more. that's a lot of money for a pile of junk. Stop with the snark.

I adore this show. I stumbled across it many years ago, and I'm so glad to be able to rediscover it. I really watch the episodes, as a homeowner now, myself . I really enjoy it. But, we Americans have to understand that they are very keen, as they would say, on historical properties. There seems to be a true bias and disdain, against new builds, as they call them. If it's not damp, with badly aligned walls, painted a ghastly lavender, with moldy, sooty fireplaces, and a tiny, horribly tiled kitchens, they're not that interested. It's fascinating to me. How could one not get at least an acre of land, a driveway and a garage, if one is paying half a million? But, some are content, on here, parking on the street, and having a small patch of lamd!🥴

@@itoo3654 I think, 'I, tool' would be more appropriate 🙄 You should consider travelling outside of the good old U.S. of A. both mentally and physically to get a better understanding of the world.
