The price of the new build that you show at the end is for the home alone it doesn’t include the lot premium. The Hayden homes and Hubble homes in Star are a much more affordable entry level home.

Yeah its both, most people refer to it as hwy 55 or State st. my whole life here. Do you live in the area?

Star is now known as little California. They swarmed in like locusts and have ruined the place and the surrounding area.

@@movingtoboiseid I live just east of Star. Stopped even trying to go through there. The congestion is miserable. They're plowing up every inch of farmland they can get their hands on to build expensive homes for people fleeing the left coast. If you don't call that "ruined" then you don't live in Star. You live in a place called denial.

I have seen that for sure. My grandparents lived out there 20 years ago so I spent a lot of time out there. IT has grown a lot. How long have you lived in Star?

Oh yeah, So you got there right before the big changes. The new Hwy to Emmett seems like it will just get even worse.
