I found one in the toolbox,one by the ticket office and another behind the top of the castle. I can't recall where the other was found. I'm not sure which one you're missing- hope this helps.

Hello, one is in the toolbox, the other is hidden on the roof of the castle. And the third one is hidden behind a grocery store.

IDK if its a glitch but for me i had to bring the girl closer to that woman.

That's right, we need to take her to her mother. Sometimes the game crashes and the girl does not move, but the task is considered completed.
