Nooo! Please update your model so result cells are shaded and input variables are not shaded. The black and blue convention is hard for most people and impossible for mildly color blind people like me. Please consult WGAG guidelines to choose a shading color with sufficient contrast. PS> This channel is awesome.

What do you use to look at your competitors traffic?

I have a stupid question. If I’m asking an investor, for example $250,000 for 10%, should my financial model include this investment from the investor or do they want to see the financial model without the investment to see what the company will do on its own without the investment?

Not entirely true about the point that organic traffic doesn't correlate with marketing expenses. It seems you're painting a picture to investors that organic traffic are free, which is not true to begin with

It’s definitely not free- but there is no direct way (cause > effect) to connect a marketing budget to an amount of organic traffic. SEO might be very efficient or very slow, but I’d consider it irresponsible to assume it’s scale just because more money is thrown in. - Caya

Not everything revolves around "SaaS" or start-up businesses. Modeling bigger more important companies like Delta Airlines, ExxonMobil, or Goldman Sachs is what you need to focus on.
