    I agree with everything Garette Gunderson is saying expect for him not wanting to own any real estate in his portfolio, as a an investment vehicle. Real estate investing is one of the #1 vehicles most entrepreneurs became financially independent in America. I think entrepreneurs should own at least one rental property for cash flow. Besides, people will always need a place to live.

    Warren Buffett does not invest in stock market he buys company's Joe this 1single word from Garrett made me understand warren Buffett so well so it's was so stupid when people say Warren Buffett 's programme in how to buy stocks
