Big keyshawn fan but he lost , first round close gave it to the cuban, 2nd the cuban outworked and outboxed davis especially in the last 20 seconds, the 3rd round the cuban rocked davis, outclassed him and outworked him again. davis can come again

@Sojourn RnR I think it's wishful thinking more than anything, the cuban knows how to win rounds and not sure what you were watching but the rally late in round 2 again showed levels. Yes they both missed a lot but the cuban was the one throwing more and landing more. cruz is a level above and showed a few different ways to win.

@Sojourn RnR Not sure what your getting at your obviously a little biased, but it was a clear win for the red corner I can't really see the fight as close despite the late rally the cuban was still busier and more effective in each round, 4 judges also gave red the fight and one judge gave him every round I hope davis wins gold in tokyo but it will be tough

@@jeromemock26 round 3 is dominent round for cruz. I never said whole rounds are dominent for cruz. and it's not just got caught with big shot. their skill level, upper body movements are different.

First rd I give to Davis he threw more I feel like he landed more power hits while cruz footwork and unorthodox boxing his energy and throwing while moving he landed cleaner to me and dodged more. So depends if you judge on activity or hits rd two was pretty even Cruz movement really played in his favor on getting Davis to throw in off balance exchanges plus Cruz looked longer and for rd 3 I feel like mental played in this rd Davis looked like his was fed up with lock ups and just the amount of body clashing from Cruz movement that hit also stunned him looked s but tired but he was applying nice pressure in the beginning. Cruz just kept with good energy all rounds. Davis has to work on dealing with boxers who style isn’t traditional boxing grooming Cruz looked like a good example of who is personality wise sticking with his energy so he didn’t have to change much in levels as the rounds went

Davis destroyed , most of the USA number 1s have not looked as good stepping up to international competition. Sad sign for state of our USA Boxing. Re: GREAT PERFORMANCE at 2021 World Championships! No one is good enough for ACG just yet, however. Davis lost clearly lol. Look at a lot of those power shots they are glancing or hit shoulder in round 1. The cleanest shot came at about 1:32 and it was Andy’s cross. The rest are competitive but clear Andy rounds. Sorry he’s just a big talent but not enough for the Cubans. 11:34 he WOBBLES Keyshawn who’s supposedly a huge puncher lol

Davis , on head movement, flat footed and got man handled in last round easy call 💯

Blue guy started off better but red guy finished better. Still another round would have made things clearer

@Sojourn RnR It's one of those fights that you have to watch over again a few times. In the second Davis did well but Cruz roughed him up on the inside a bit and then at the end of the round caught him on the ropes with combinations to close it, judges favor things like that.

@Sojourn RnR True but judges don't always see and look for what we see, they'll tend to give rounds to a fighter that being aggressive and throwing more even if they aren't landing much.

Michael Kautz quit lying dude! The Cuban fighter easily won round 2and 3 I gave the first round to the American fighter no shame loosing to the Cuban! Good fight!
