The underlying problem is not that; "American" English is spoken quickly. The real problem is that the common person has begun to mispronounce and begin any sentence, word or expression of ideas with incoherence or careless speech. That's day to day. The problem is difficult to correct, because the average citizen refuses to speak clearly. Another problem that is very common is that when non-native speakers of English tend to pronounce clearly and strongly, people find it shocking and act as if they do not understand. inciting non-native English speakers to speak badly, feeding back into the problem. Just like there is a Royal Academy of the Spanish, Portuguese, German, Swedish, French Language. There must be one of the English Language, since within the English-speaking world, even speaking the same language, people usually do not understand you. I'm not going to say the country because of the censorship problem, to say and/or but there is a country in a specific area where to pronounce "Cake" the pronunciation sounds like "Quick". And I'm giving an example from an English-speaking country. Another example happens with the English of Australia and Canada, they do not usually understand each other, due to the way it is pronounced, etc., etc. There is international English, where people usually understand each other without problems or confusion, even at a very basic level. But it is the attitude that determines the understanding. Good speaking is required, but for that we must create a language academy that unifies the standards.
