Thank you for sharing your routine! I grew my hair to waist length with chunky twists before I found your channel and we have very similar hair types. They are the truth. I was wondering if you thought that the blow out would be smooth enough to silk press. I've never straightened my hair and i'd rather do it at home to avoid the mechanical damage at the salon

You’re welcome and yes chunky twists are the truth for hair growth! And honestly I would say yes your hair will be smooth enough for a silk press. My hair was very stretched and smooth, probably the best blow out I’ve ever gotten. It gives a great base for a silk press.

I just bought teo days ago from amazon but haven't use it yet. I only tested it to see if it working and i notice that the hot air only comes from the top end. Nothing from middle down. Is that how yours is.? Thinking of returning mine.

It all depends on how straight you want your hair to be. I only did a few passes. I didn’t count how many passes I did. Since I was blowing out my hair to trim my ends I didn’t need it to be super straight.

I tried it, but it was snagging my hair and I stained it back. Maybe I might buy it again and try the method you just did.

Creme of nature needs to sponser this video lol I love their leave in for mine and kids hair. So much moisture. I have the revlon. Its great my only issue is when it gets dirty how do you clean it??? I prepare blow dryers with a detachable head for hygiene reasons.
