Finally ! Matter Created from Photon Collisions | Standard Model of Physics do not allow this !

Scientists have created matter from Energy. They collided photons to created matter. But standard model does not predict photon to collide. They are BOSONS. They can just exist together.
What is happening here?

Just know that particle physics is a declining field. Research positions are already very scarce, only very bests can get them, and are yet those positions are rather financially somewhat unsatisfactory in the long term. By the time u graduate and complete ur doctorate, things will be even harder. I'm not discouraging u. But u shudn't just go ahead on naive dreams.

*Correction* Sir you said one electron collides with one positron then one photon is produced(6:45 min) but whenever one electron and positron collides then it always produce two photons not only one. This is because of "conservation of linear momentum "

Exactly sir , finally a video i can show to someone who argue with dumb reasons the other day someone said matter cannot be created nor be destroyed and started giving me "gyan" about what antoine livloiser said , and some example in thermodynamics that it stated energy cannot be created or destroyed she was biology student so i just asked her about particle accelerator, she was 4 yr senior than me and im in 12th rn preparing for JEE she said "bhai exam mei mei galat likh kar ayega kya tu?" , this is the problem that we do not care about the actual knowledge and just do ratta wala padhai for only results in today's date no one studies for knowledge concepts and the fun of learning they just run behind results no wonder we dont have much scientists, after that incident i researched all over internet and book and wrote this Matter can be created or destroyed. The whole "matter-conservation" thing is a not-so-precise tool used to balance chemical equations, under an assumption that mass remains a constant at both sides of a chemical reaction. The truth, however, is that energy is conserved-not matter. Mass is just another form of energy, and can be converted into energy from Einstein's Mass- energy equivalence : E² = m² c² + p² c² At the beginning of the universe, a lot of energy was released, in discrete packets called photons. Gamma rays have enough energy to split into particle- antiparticle pairs, and these pairs are expected to annihilate each other soon. However, for every 10 billion particles or so, there was one extra particle which "remained" at the end of the split. Given enough time, these lone particles gathered to form what we see as trillions of stars and billions of galaxies Scientists do not say matter cannot be created or destroyed. Indeed, by means of chemical, physical or nuclear reactions you can make or destroy any form of matter. Scientists state that energy cannot be created or destroyed but only changes form, which makes up the principle of conservation of energy. The wood here had chemical stored energy which is now turning into heat/thermal energy.it is not still true, nor has it ever been true. Matter can be created and destroyed, and it is, e.g., routinely created and destroyed in particle accelerator experiments. "Matter" is not a conserved quantity. Conserved quantities include energy, momentum and angular momentum, and things like electric charge. These are always strictly conserved in physical interactions. But the kinetic energy of colliding particles can be easily transformed into matter (e.g., electron- positron pairs) and conversely, matter (such as electron-positron pairs) can turn into kinetic energy. All this happens at energies that are, typically, several hundred thousand or several million times higher on a per-particle basis than what we routinely experience in our everyday environment. In our everyday world, dominated by heat visible light and chemistry, matter is indeed conserved to a very good approximation. When hydrogen and oxygen atoms combine to make water, when a carbon atom burns in the presence of oxygen, or when a mechanical device performs some action, we indeed do not see an observable change in the amount of matter present. But it does not mean that matter cannot be created or destroyed, it simply means that such processes are very unlikely to happen in the stable, low-energy environment in which we, human beings exist. An environment that is so close to the vacuum and absolute coldness of space, a human being can actually briefly survive exposure to space, even staying conscious for a few seconds. In contrast, if a human were exposed to an environment that is energetic enough for electron-positron pairs to be created or to annihilate, his body would be vaporized pretty much instantaneously, broken all the way down to its constituent atom , i know my research still lack many information but i was able to this much only

Why don't have batteries that store energy in magnetic and electric formats that enclose themselves in a stable state and convert back this stored energy to the desired form like heat, light or electricity when required? Why do we still use the age-old salt formula to store energy primarily in a Li-powered battery?
