BTW I love the hellmode kit, that ghosted look with metallic flake is insane. Very cool decal works went above and beyond and included both style decal and plastics for you. And where is the Dubya 10 and 20% off code at? I must be blind, can't find it 😅. Thanks again Charles, really appreciate ya brother and all you do. You been a champ at building these bikes for us and giving them away, lol like giving away a first born, this bike would break my heart to have to give away but who ever wins it, I'm sure it will be in good hands. Not that it can't handle it but the decomp will of course help w/ easier starts & less stress on the starting components. DeCal just slayed it. Again! Wow, incredibly kind words - thank you 🙏 I’m not entirely sure on the final weight. I’m going to say that with this engine package and the additional electric start/battery etc. that one gained somewhere between 15 and 20 pounds as a guess. Thankfully, these two strokes are already super light to begin with!

I’ve watched “most” of the build vids. But have missed if it was covered. How does that power valve operate? Sweet bike. Gave me flashbacks to 1985 when I rolled my CR500 off the dealer floor.

I don’t think I’ve ever explain it, but she is pressure activated! Very simple design. If I remember correctly, the 85 or the 86 was the biggest beast of all time in the CR 500 lineup !

Those graphics are looking so good! I always used decal works. Got my first full set back in 2002 for my rm 85. I’m glad to see they are still killing it. Definitely gonna use them for my 05 250f ktm rebuild. Crazy how compact that 500 motor fits in that frame. 100/10 build dude. Those forks are fu*#in badass…Gonna be sick to see the next build! They just keep getting better.

Some really nice builds recently! With your connections, it would have been the icing on the cake if you had gotten dyno curves! They're beautiful builds, but how much beefier are they than the legacy 500's?

You know, maybe one of these days I’ll find somebody with one. However, when we did the YZ500, Riley (owner of BRC) sent me a chart showing the curve and peak horsepower cracking just over 70 with the cone pipe and stock CDI. I threw it up in one of the videos, wish I could remember which one that was.

This particular engine kit comes set up with a spot for it. So it’s pretty much a bolt on deal!

I can only dream of owing 500 2ts. All I have is the Yamaha dt 125 6speed air cooled. They are pretty fun as well. Just imagining 500cc of raw power. Riding 125, it must scary. Love from Nepal 🇳🇵

Crazy build. The only thing I see that I would consider changing out would be the foot pegs simply because of the technique I ride with, they would throw everything off for me. Otherwise, very nice job on this build!!!

@@mxrevival I won't deny them being a unique system for sure. I am a bit curious about them tbh but just from the looks over camera, they do appear to restrict too much of the foot and ankle being a secondary shock absorber. I only have video to go off of so hey, benefit of the doubt on them?
