6600 itself is 20k and if i5 12th its 10k or i7 its 20k . 30-40k are just cpu and gpu you need atleast 16gb ram dd4 which is 3k and motherboard is 6-7k atleast ssd also in 2-3k + a cabinet 45 to 50k needed.
