when i saw this, i noticed something normal hoo does 12 slashes with her sword and then does one final 13 claw slash which can really be looked as mei doing 12 slashes for the flame chasers and the last one is for elysia since its the most powerful one, just like the emotions elysia left on mei

Then it would be 14 slashes, because she starts the ult with one right after pulling the sword. Maybe one of them counts for Mei herself.
