C43 is sportier and sounds better. E400 is more luxurious so it depends what you want more

Mine is a 2020 and I cannot for the life of me get my 0-60 under 4.5 seconds. How are some people doing this at 4.2 seconds? I've tried this when it's 50 degrees (F) outside and it's dry as well. There's no launch control so I do brake boost it a bit, maybe there's a trick to brake boosting it and I'm not doing it optimally.

Idk if I’d choose a 4 cylinder over a 6 cylinder engine if you wanna keep it stock then yes but if your gonna want more hp go for the 43amg

What’s the oil prices for this vehicle

Filter is about $20 on Amazon and oil is around $70-80 because the car takes about 6.8-6.9 quarts of oil.
What sort of yearly income is needed to afford this car? It costs around $70,000. Doesn't seem affordable if someone is making under $250,000 per year. Thoughts?

Is changing brakes "only" 2 times in 40k miles supposed to be good? Pretty sure brakes lasting

Usually if your good on how your using your brakes you can go way longer maybe every 40k to change them

CLA45 is a downgrade lol
Your mentioned service costs are irrelevant since the car itself decides what's needs to be serviced on top of the regular replacements.

That's why they can save a whole payment for another car and throw a couple grand to push over 500
