God I'm going to miss Brad Allan. His fight choreography was the only reason I watched Scott Pilgrim. He also made Hellboy 2 look so good and even made the action in Solo Star Wars really good. There really won't be anyone like him in the industry ever again. RIP

That...was one of the most brilliant movie fights I've seen! The humor was well integrated and made me laugh out loud, and Bradley had some SKILLS. The speed and precision of their moves was unreal, whether sped up or not. I must add this movie to the collection now!

Not sped up. isolate one fighter. Just look at one of them. It appears very fast cause you try to focus on both moves at the same time. Classic movie trick. They are superskilled and superfast but not unachieveable fast.

You know these people have martial arts skills that were practiced all their lives. That's why they zoom out so you can actually see what they're doing. Not like the Hollywood BS where the stars learn a couple of half assed moves and then they turn the whole fight scene into a huge epilepsy inducing blur.

Van damme has to have the fakest looking fight scenes out of all the popular movie star martial artists. I dont think the dude has 1 single fight scene that I find impressive. Edit: i cant believe i have to explain this to people. the best chroegraphers meaning movie star martial artist in the world wouldnt be that good in pro fighting. its not the same thing. van damme is still a trash movie actor and trash at chroegraphing fights to make them look good on camera. you could be a pro fighter and be trash at making fake fights look real. vice versa you could be the best like iko uwais and marko zaror at making fake fights look real but they wouldnt last long in the ufc. they are 2 different skills.

You can't compare an everyday practitioner to a seasonal learner, besides Jackie always makes his fight scene and movies to be entertaining I'm sure that's the point of the other movies as well. .. Hollywood ain't the best but at least they have upped their game... if you can't appreciate them , just don't beat hater champ...

@Mo Gunz not everyday or everywhere you meet fighters from the ring. These fool can take on your whole family at the same time and make them their bitches, and that’s more than good enough.

Bradley's kicks are insane, the intent thrown in this fight shows how much trust these martial artists/actors had for each other and respect they had for this scene. It does deserve to be considered one of the best fight scenes in movie history without a doubt.

I think it's possibly one of the fair fights that ever recorded in history of the motion picture. Respect for both fighters.

You can tell Jackie enjoys sparring / performing with Bradley. Because he understands how Jackie works and is able to match his rhythm and go with the flow. It's probably what helped Bradley became the first non Asian member and eventually leader of Jackie's stunt team. It's a shame he died last year.

That scene had me in tears by the end. Both actors were fantastic and hilarious. Must have been fun writing and making that scene.

@@schoolchilddd уж про скорость точно не могу сказать но ловкости им точно не занимать,оба профессиональные каскадёры,при чём, лучшие в мире по этой части,к тому же,такой скорости достигает любой люб. боксёр ,на тренировках и учитывая что оба занимались боксом то я не удивлюсь что видео не ускоренное , особенно в 1999годах.

Bradley Allen was a Fing legend. So devastating the he passed so young. This was the last true 1 vs 1 fight that Jackie did in his prime and it is one that I will always remember until my dying day.

This scene is so lovely! Bradley's character is not a bad guy. He just want to fight the best at equal terms.

Фильмы с Джеки Чаном до сих пор остаются такими добрыми, несмотря на казалось бы жестокие приемы в драках. Агрессия не так сильно проявляется, как в других боевиках. Наверное поэтому аналогов у него не так много и он остаётся одним из лучших в своем деле.

This might be the best Jackie Chan fight ever! Intelligence and humor, skill and talent… And the energy it takes to maintain that level of activity for so long is amazing!

This is so impressive. Can you imagine the hours of training, not to mention strength? Jackie Chan always impresses me. Every time without fail.

This has got to be one of the greatest fight scenes ever choreographed. Ever! I don't know that any two others could have pulled it off as well. And yes, I know there are other skilled martial artists, but I don't think it would've had the same chemistry with anyone else.

Agreed, this scene has always stuck out. It reminds me of the Bruce Lee/chuck Norris fight, the respect they have for each other. But then the humor and unbelievable skill of both performers really puts it up there. The only better scenes I can think of is every scene in legend of drunken master (the one about stolen artifacts, not the one where the old drunk teaches him), every fight scene in that movie is near perfection.

@@puskow the scene when he is getting the purse back is so incredible, there is one potential wire stunt when he is laying on the bench and they pull it from under him but it could be real. But this scene, and basically any scene in the movie is worth watching in slow motion just so you can see all of the stuff actually happening in realtime. He does a spin kick that has blown my mind for a while, he does a double spin but the foot you would expect him to connect with actually just gets used to jump again and then he sends out a snap kick with the other leg. I had to watch it like 3 times to figure out what he actually did. And yeah Anita mui makes me cry laugh with all of her shady antics.

Всего за пару изнуряющих тренировок в спортзале вы поймёте, что эти два человека делают невероятные вещи - прыжки на высоту собственной головы с множественными ударами, скорость поворотов ураганная, блоки супер резкие, а то что они выдерживали темп 8 минут в кадре и не устали просто великолепно. Наверняка снимали эту драку неделю по несколько часов в день.

子供の頃にジャッキーチェンの映画は沢山観たけど、ただただ観やすい楽しいアクション映画だと感じていた、でも、大人になって、ユーチューブ等で改めて観ると、その技術（Technology）の高さには驚いてしまう（Be surprised）、このアクションを子供の頃（As a child）に観れていた自分は、とても贅沢な体験（Luxury experience）をしていた事に気付かされる。今の子供達にもジャッキーチェンの映画は沢山観て欲しいね、道徳心（Morality）もアクションも勉強出来る。

This is always been one of my favorite Jackie Chan fight scenes

С детства мой кумир это Джеки, больше 20 лет смотрю его фильмы, и наверное добрее, оптимистичнее, сильнее стал, человек как губка, впитывает всё, я смотрю только хорошее, доброе, и к тому же он юморист классный)) , но и философ, школа жизни, и вообще очень хороший и сильный Человек...

The moves Jakie does from 3:45-3:50 show what an incredible athlete he is. I had to watch over and over. Even watched it at half and quarter speeds. Looking for wires. Dude is just a badass.
