well, he is the 2nd to last boss in the game. at least in the SNES version. he's supposed to be difficult. :) although using the right strategy makes this guy a joke. almost. he'll still kick your ass, but he's defeatable. :)

Unlike the Andore’s his character model is more aggressive has more invincibility frames when knocked down, which means you can’t stand over him like you can for the Andore’s and will grab and charge more frequently.

Well, he is the Andores on steroids after all. In the Street Fighter series, he is the tallest fighter. Yeah, he's taller than Hugo.
