I got the notification that my copy is being shipped out!!! I'm so excited!!! I took a couple of days off work, and I'm almost finished reading the Traces of Two Pasts tie-in novel. I didn't expect the size of the map and so many new features and customization. I'm as excited to play the game as I am to see more of Access's coverage. Rob and Rosie always perfectly express the nostalgia and excitement of Final Fantasy fans. ❤

I can’t wait for this game!!! Requested the day off 2 months ago! I can’t believe it’s only 7 days away. Also I love how Rosie just had to throw in Infinite Wealth some how. Her love for the series got me into it as well and now I don’t know how I lived without them!

Initially I wasn't convinced the combat needed so much of an overhaul, currently im about 4hours into the junon update-all of which I've spent getting to grips with changes all of which I see the merits of now. (Wont be doing any story, its only a week afterall)

Thanks Rosie and friends. Playing the Junon part of the demo now . Does anybody know how to get my chocobo up that cliff face or can I not do it just yet.

As if I couldn’t even possibly get more excited for the game, the Access team releases this and I’m giddy beyond belief! A question I have is about the transfer from Remake to Rebirth. If there a level cap when you transfer your save? I saw the demo for the open world was capped at 21, does this continue into Rebirth or do you continue with your Remake level? Will the world levels scale up as a result if you do carry over let’s say from level 40?

Hey! There's no direct save transfer, though you do get extra summons if you have played Remake and its DLC. One thing we don't mention in the video is that it has a dynamic difficulty mode that scales enemies to be a better challenge no matter what your level. We really recommend it as it's quite easy to over level doing all the side quests and activities.

None of the FF7 remake games are going to have save progression, since we know they add stuff because you played the others though, that's a fair tradeoff. But I believe expect to start off at lvl 1 with just a Buster Sword and maybe some materia slotted in?

I’m powering through the ff7 so I can finally play this it’s just sitting in my library I was too excited to wait

I get the feeling we probably will only see Rob when he has to be here, otherwise he is probably gonna be lost to this game for a while.... like the rest of us will be next week

"Queen's Blood" is the Final nail in the coffin for my hopes of an FFVIII Remake (more than the creator interviews) Well, there's still FFX-3 (Kilika is Balamb)

Great video guys. Real shame Final Fantasy 16 didn’t go for big packed open world zones to explore the way FF7 Rebirth has built. Can’t help but feel the story and quality of the script of FF16, combined with FF7 Rebirth open world design, and FF16 would have been game of the year

I find the battle system a little messy in remake/ rebirth

Can you change the costumes? I always thought Tifa and Aerith would change their clothes to fit the open world. Tifas outfit is "bartender" and Aeriths is "flower salesman". Running around the world like this seems like you would want to wear pants or shorts.

There are some areas you can change costumes...

Definitely picking it up on my PS5 i’m still enjoying ff16 as my first experience and now ff7 rebirth as my 2nd experience into the final fantasy franchise.🥂😎
