spent some time modding FFVII today and wanted to upload a vid or two showing them -- but I ended up recording the entire shinra building invasion, lmao. it looks almost like a different game at a high framerate and with HD backgrounds. really cool.
I tried to stay true to the game's vanilla aesthetic, so no crazy new character models or user interface. mods were all obtained and installed through the 7th Heaven mod manager. definitely the way to go nowadays if you want to easily mod the game
