I’m not a huge fan of this movie but there are 3 major things I like about it. 1. The action. Everyone says this but the action in this movie is sick 2. The comedy. This movie is bizarrely funny (Reno and Vincent probably having my favorite moments) 3. The Clerith moments. You really feel how much these people miss each other and how much they love each other.

Yeah rewatching again to get these scenes on YT in HD/4K reminded me the reasons of why I disliked the movie overall but it has it's moments. Ofc the Clerith moments are amazing, but yeah the action is great and funny moments. I always laugh so hard at the part when the party is yeeting Cloud up into the sky lol.

I really love the way Aerith touches Cloud’s arm to comfort him @ 0:37 They are lovers and no one can tell me otherwise.

1:47 I have a teory based in maybe the lonely wolf represents Cloud’s feelings through the movie, and after he talks with Aerith, it finally starts to dissapear, like in this scene.

@@mlwjrpg the worst part is that the actors aren't bad. Mena sounds amazing on TV but somehow all the actors sounded bad. This was definitely a direction issue.

You two are very kind. The acting was absolutely atrocious. The two ladies who played Tifa and Aerith didn't so much phone it in as hand the SE guys one end of a yoghurt pot and string.

This was awesome! Thank you! Also, I would just like to add that Zach and Aerith don't walk away "together" she was walking straight forward then he got in front of her. I mean together would be side by side or hand in hand.

Oh yeah for sure and he was looking at Cloud not at Aerith. We also know from CoLS that normal humans can't exist in the LS except for Ancients/Cetra. Zack was only present there because of Aerith's doing to help Cloud see that everything is okay.

Thank you! We need more Clerith here in youtube. I hope you upload Advent Children's end credits with Aerith waiting for Cloud in the flower field too!

In this movie and in general Aerith represented two things water and flowers specifically the yallow ones there is a scene after cloud fought sephiroth and cloud holds kadaji you here the music the promised land and it started to rain then you here Aerith voice calling kadaji into lifestream and then tifa said "somehow i know you were there thank you" she is talking about Aerith when she make it rain after that we see cloud standing in the rain and he looks happy, realxed, feel peaceful by Aerith's rain and also after the credit scene we see cloud's disk full of pictures of flowers and we see a yallow flowers also in he's disk cloud can somehow sees Aerith in those flowers 💐 🌸

Watching AC after Remake & Rebirth totally hits different now after how Clerith focused these new games are. The hints, clues, subtleties, and intention are everywhere and masterfully executed by the devs. I wanna hug all of them! As a kid I instantly fell in love with Aerith running on the rooftops in ps1. I started out team Aerith but then she died so I always figured Tifa was written as the intended love interest for Cloud since Aerith's dead. So I became team Tifa, thinking childhood sweethearts. But after Remake....omg I absolutely only wanna be with Aerith ❤

CLERITH Fam rise!

I’d love to see a dub for this movie in preparation for Part 3. No disrespect to Steve Burton, Mena Suvari, and all the others but I much prefer Cody Christian, Briana White, and the rest of the remake cast and I feel they all fit the roles a lot better and bring better performances. The only exceptions to me are possibly Reno and Sephiroth who are very similar levels to their Remake counterparts to me. Otherwise I vastly prefer the Remake cast. In particular Aerith and Cloud. Again no disrespect to their previous actors but not only do I feel the new voices fit way better but are given much better direction and I’d love to see a dub of Advent Children with that effect.

Oh yeah no doubt, most of VAing in AC now to me seems...off. Imagine a dub to the nature you just explained, that would enhance the experience 2x.

This could be a Titanic kind of story, but honestly, both have suffered and lost so much that they deserve a happy ending. OG's ending was... depressing, and AC is... Just a bit less depressing. This is not really bringing closure for anyone. Looking forward for the 3rd game. Thanks for the video !

Honestly, one of the things that keep me from enjoying Advent Children (to this day) is the voice acting. Jesus Christ, the voice acting terrible here. No offense to the VAs in here but I'm glad they were replaced in the Remake project.
